Summary: Read a great book!
Review: Pecking, pricking, fighting over food and yet all you want to do is fly not waste your time chasing and fighting over something as meaningless as fish!

Jonathan Livingston Seagull loves pushing his limits and flying faster then any other gull ever did but his flock didn't believe so. Jonathan becomes an outcast sent away to never return. Jonathan's hunger to learn grew stronger as he ventured to new places. He met new friends other outcasts that also loved to fly. After many years Jonathan thought he should go back to his old flock and try to teach his flock to appreciate flying like him. Jonathan's friends even said, "If any one can teach a simple gull to fly its Jonathan." He found few that were willing to learn. All the others said, "If you look, talk or think like an outcast you are an outcast. Jonathan realized he was meant to be with his students so they wouldn't have to fly alone like Jonathan Livingston Seagull

I liked the way the author described how that you shouldn't just waste your life away with unneeded things and you should go seeking knowledge not just sit and wait for knowledge to sink in.
I recommend that other people like Jonathan should read this book. People whom like pushing their limits and thinking there is more to life then fighting and bickering.

I have made the most of opportunities I would not have even recognized before reading this practical, timeless book. Every family and business should have copies of this book.

Summary: The vehicle to be your best!
Review: As a clinical psychologist and corporate trainer, I must endorse Optimal Thinking as the first and best book that takes individuals, groups and companies to the level of "best" or Peak Performance. This book provides the tools and "mental software" to go beyond positive thinking and overcome mediocre mental programing to become an optimal thinker. When you ask the best questions in each situation, you begin the process of optimizing your decisions and behavior.

What would your business, family or personal life look like if you were the right person in the right place at the best time doing the most important activity? What I like best about this peak performance vehicle is that there is no such thing as "I am not good enough" or "I need to be perfect." You simply commit to give your best and accept what comes up and optimize it.

From a psychological perspective, Optimal Thinking transitions you from a victim perspective to optimal self-reliance. From a corporate perspective, this is the vehicle to optimize top-down and bottom-up. Do you want to keep settling for second best and compromising your results in life, or do you want to be your best and help others to be their best? This book helps you to make this vital decision. Buy this book!

All forms of thinking are necessary and valuable. Optimal Thinking is the thinking process that makes the most of all of them. The book shows you how to use Optimal Thinking consistently and is especially helpful with decision making, clearing out self-sabotage, self-esteem, maximizing life and career planning, emotional mastery, communicating most effectively with others and optimizing leadership. Summary: OPTIMAL THINKING PRODUCES OPTIMAL RESULTS
Review: Optimal Thinking is a universal concept and revolutionary book that deals with the confusion generated by books which view negative thinking as evil and positive thinking as totally good. You learn where negative thinking is constructive and how to best deal with it when it is destructive. You also learn where positive thinking is advantageous and about shortcomings of positive thinking, and how to overcome them. Optimal Thinking is the resource you use to make the most of the present moment and all areas of life. I have read the book three times, and am now starting my fourth read. Each time I read it, I learn something new and put into practise in my life. I use the optimal roadmaps for emotional mastery, optimal communication and leadership. I love this book.

Summary: Optimal Book for you, your children & grandchildren
Review: My first exposure to Optimal Thinking was at a National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) event where Dr. Glickman was the keynote speaker. At the time I was going through my second divorce and I was struggling to keep my life and business together. I felt exhilarated by her presentation of Optimal Thinking and enrolled in her coaching program. This was the best choice I have ever made. Dr. Glickman empowered me to overcome patterns of self-sabotage (compulsive spending and attaching myself to verbally abusive people) I had worried about for many years. She showed me how to let go of concerns that were out of my control and how to immediately focus my attention on optimizing what is in my control. She gave me roadmaps to become emotionally self-reliant and taught me how to bring my best self to every situation and bring out the best in others. After 10 weeks of coaching and equipped with Optimal Thinking, I was full of energy and had a realistic optimal plan for success. Optimal Thinking really turned my life around. I have achieved more than I thought was even possible, and I love life and make the most of every day. You will find a lot of the information I obtained from Dr. Glickman in this superb book.

Summary: How to Optimize!!! and rise above managing and improving.
Review: This book provides the simple fail-safe formula for optimizing anything and everything in life. It works for leaders, employees, coaches, trainers, sportspeople, students and everyone who uses it. I have given this book to all the important people in my life and they have achieved top results. We are a group of optimizers. There is a nasty, jealous person posting reviews here that do NOT apply to this solid, original, timely handbook for career and life optimization.
