Summary: This plus transcender is all you need.
Review: I am a Unix SysAdmin and a company paid for me to take this 70-210 exam. They bought me this book and the transcenders. Using only this book and the transcenders I was able to study for and pass 70-210 in one week (a little easy I must say). I have been working with 2000 for the last year so I had some experience with it and the networking questions were a piece of cake due to my Unix background. Get this book and the transcenders. Take the transcender and when you miss questions study them in this book. I never passed one of the transcenders before the test but still got an 880 on the exam. I have this book and the transcenders to thank.

Summary: Awesome book - helped me pass 70-210 FIRST TIME!!!
Review: I can't recommend this book ENOUGH if you're going to take the Windows 2000 Professional exam (70-210). Authors did a SUPERB job of filtering out all the unnecessary garbage and getting straight to the point. My time is precious, and I needed to pass this exam to move to a new salary level. This book was the best investment I made! I mistakenly bought someo ther books to help me with this exam also. I returned the others. I will keep this book forever - as a reference it's fantatsic, too!! You really need this book if your goal is passing 70-210 the first time around. Good luck, and thank you to the authors!!!

Summary: Saved my bacon
Review: I got this book just 48 hours before the exam, I realised that this book covered topics which were not in my normal study book(Exam Prep by the same publisher). These same topics made up the bulk of my exam. Were it not for this book, I would surely have failed the exam.

Summary: Exam cram profesional
Review: I passed my test.This is a good book to bridge the knowledge between the transcenders and the Moc.However if this is the only book you use, you won't get your cert.I would highly recommend this book if you are using it for this purpose.

Summary: Syngress & Coriolis -- All you need to pass the exams.
Review: I purchased a number of the Syngress & Coriolis books to pass the MCSEs. All the books I encountered covered each objective in detail with very few technical errors.A couple weeks with these books and you will be ready. I guess I just should really copy and paste this review...because I just keep on saying the same things for these books.

Summary: Great book to prepare for the exam!
Review: I read this book in the two weeks prior to taking the 70-210 exam, I am currently taking classes at a local college for the MCSE certification, I have all the Microsoft Official Curriculum books and I can tell you that this book is a lot better than the MOCs. Not only brings all the MOC material together in a very concise way, but makes it easy to understand and digest. I have a couple years experience as a Help Desk Support technician and I used Windows 2000 extensively, but I still learned a lot of last minute details on this book. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to obtain their certification. Good luck!

Summary: Clear, Concise, Congratulations!
Review: I spent about two weeks preparing for the 70-210 exam using this book, and I was quite surprised by the score I was able to get. A lot of the questions on the actual exam were similar to the points made in this book. This is a great guide book. I suggest you buy and start using Windows 2000 Professional if you haven't done so already before buying this book - although the book explains things well it alone will not make you pass the exam (you have to play with the actual operating system!!) Review: I used both the exam prep and the exam cram to pass the MCSE 70-210 exam yesterday. I found both books very useful. Although no book ever gives you 100% of the info you need to pass the exam. The exam cram is very helpful. I always find the exam "Alerts" sections very helpful in the exam cram books and this book was no exception. after reading the exam prep this book was really helpful in allowing me to focus on areas that I still had some trouble with. I also recommend another source, other than the exam cram/prep for testing software. So you get an idea of the sorts of questions you'll be asked on the real exam. Aslam Mohammed B.Sc.
