Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Good book to start
Review: Although it's outdated, is a very good book.
It's for beginners and very easy to read. It gives a lot of ideas, especially in customer service. I liked it very much.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A proven bookseller's helper
Review: I found this information-packed book to be quite helpful. It is a book that you would want to re-read often because some points or tips may have been missed during the first (or second) reading. Be prepared to take notes as you read. It is an easy-to-read, and easy-to-understand book. Great bookselling related resources are included. Highly recommended for anyone interesting in selling books (old or new) online.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Waste of Money
Review: If your looking for some tips on how to sell books on e-bay or some other internet auction site, this book has nothing at all to offer. It's nothing more than a series of common sense bromides (pack the books well and be nice!), and poorly written at that.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: save your money
Review: nothing useful - you can find everything for free online
