Rating: Summary: THE ONE!!!!! Review: This book is the way to CCNA. Read it thoroughly and do the exercises. I read this book twice and that did it!!
Rating: Summary: This is the book! Review: I used this book and only this book .... and passed the ccna exam. Todd's book will do the trick!
Rating: Summary: the right book to prepare for the exam Review: As the book is written for the exam, its content just follows what to be tested in the exam. I just read the book and have confidence of sitting for the exam. Try to understand the context, not just remember. The questions at the end of each chapter are good for revision. pls visit cisco web for latest exam info as CCNA changed code to 507
Rating: Summary: Very Good Book Review: Very Complete study guide. It cover a little bit more what you need. Best book to Study.
Rating: Summary: All you need is this book and practice. Review: Easy to understand, and covers all the objectives. I scored 934, basically using this book and hands on with routers. The only things I didn't like were the lack of questions (only 20 per chapter), and no proper practice exams.
Rating: Summary: A good book in this price. Review: I passed my CCNA exam in first attempt with this book. Its a nice book with few errors in it. I will recommend this book plus some hands on experience to pass the test. Without Hands on, its hard.
Rating: Summary: A great book for the hopeful CCNA! Review: Book does a good job of explaining what you need to know to take and pass the test. The labs are extremely helpful in understanding what is going on and remembering what commands do what. I would recommend this book to anyone going after their CCNA.
Rating: Summary: This is the one Review: I passed the CCNA exam the first time and I owe it all to this book. If you are serios about passing the CCNA exam then this is the only book that you're going to need.
Rating: Summary: SUPERB BOOK! Review: A must to buy it... I have read it again and again, and it is easy to understand. This book is straight forward...
Rating: Summary: The cover says what it is Review: This book has all of the info one needs in order to besuccessful on the CCNA exam....But heed this: Alone, it will not makeone proficient at router configuration and management(but it is a good first step). This simple fact highlights the semi-superficial significance of the CCNA certification (not unlike what MCSE/MCP is becoming). Those individuals out to pad their resumes without the hands-on experience to back it up, will see it blow up in their face. The only way to validate the effort is to come home from passing the test and immediately start studying for the CCNP curriculum, which separates the Men from the boys. CCIE, of course, separates the Network Deity from the mere mortals. FYI, Currrently there are approx. 4000 CCIEs, 6000 CCNP/DPs and 12000 CCNA/DAs worldwide.
