Rating: Summary: You want a good read?? Review: Best book i've ever read by the best writer on the face of the earth
Rating: Summary: Animal House humor Review: Anyone that remembers college as a blur, will love this story from Hunter Thompson. The first time I read this book I kept thinking, "This could really have happened to Thompson". Gonzo Journalism..this is as good as it gets! A must read.
Rating: Summary: IT WAS A WILD TRIP! Review: Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas was one of the strangest, funniest, books i have ever had the pleasure of reading. It really opens your eyes to how deranged the world (and the characters!) are. I absoulutely loved it.
Rating: Summary: definantly want to read it over again. Review: the book is hilarious in the beginning and end, a bit hard in the middle, but still humorous.
Rating: Summary: Extremely hard to put down! Welcome to insanity!!! Review: I really do not read as much as I should. However, I finished this novel in about 2 days! You will find time during your day to find out what happens next. It is the most twisted, funniest, and well thought out books I have read. Don't contemplate, unless you are an old fashioned loser, BUY THIS NOW! It will change the way you think. (I hear the movie sucks)Go for the way stories are meant to be told! Let yourself go into the hands of two crazy men in the search of one American dream!
Rating: Summary: Funny, Especially When You've Been There Review: This book maded me laugh from beginning to end. The documented adventures of Duke and his search for the 'American Dream' is enough to make even the pure, curious about eating blotter paper.
Rating: Summary: A GREAT BOOK Review: This book is one of the best (as well as one of the strangest) books I've ever read. The movie was a disappointment, but you have to get the book! Very strange, very good
Rating: Summary: My mind begins to orgasm just thinking of this book Review: I WILL NEVER BE THE SAME.Where has the world gone? what is wrong with us ? I can't even think rationally after reading this. The whole world has lost its head and so will you if you attempt to read this book. so DROP by your local book store and get ready for a long strange trip.
Rating: Summary: Best book I have read in my life. Review: This is definitely the best book that I have ever read in my long life, if anyone is contemplating over whether or not to buy it, I say stop thinking about it and buy it, you will be amazed by how differently and well this book is written and it may change your life. BUY THIS BOOK!
Rating: Summary: Change perspective Review: You're bound to get caught up in this trip yourself, you start to crave for the characters' "enlightened" view of the "normal" society around them. The excess use of drugs is actually very disturbing and the characters take a lot of dangerous risks, but their interpretation of their environment actually creates a very lucid theory of people in general.
