Review: I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING A GREAT DEAL. IT TURNED OUT TO BE A NIGHT MARE. THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERIVE AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR BUYERS. THERE EMAIL RESPONSES TOOK DAYS AND PACKAGE WAS NOT RECIEVED BY PROMISED TIME. THEY ALSO PROMISED THEY WOULD SHIP THE SAME DAY. THEY SHIPPED 2 DAYS LATER. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM I WOULD SPEND THE LITTLE EXTRA MONEY TO GO WITH A BETTER RATED SELLER. ITS WORTH YOUR WHILE

Stephen Brick offered to refund us $14 if we pay shipping and handling. You need to make it clear that you cannot return books ordered from other vendors through you.
