Review: This book certainly looks impressive on your shelf, and it's a fairly thorough reference book. However, I have found it difficult to read (dry, boring) when I am not motivated by some particular thing that I am looking up. In fact, I have never made it through a single chapter from start to finish. This is probably a great book for epilepsy fellows. On the other hand, as a neurology resident who plans to stay a generalist, I found it to be overkill.
