Review: One of the best examples of how wonderful is the secret series for medical studend and for the experienced physician.
I especially appreciated how the book tries to eliminate traditional but useless examination maneuvers and tries to clarify sensitivity and specificity of the usefull ones.
You will indeed discover dozens of usefull examination hints and secrets you absolutely don't know (unless you are Mangione).
It is also written in a pleasant and amusing way.
I will never sell mine.

Review: Physical Diagnosis Secrets is an excellent book that really complements many Internal Medicine textbooks. Many of those books do not really cover diagnosis in a user friendly way but Dr. Mangione's book offers an amazing amount of information concisely. He even offers the historical background for many of the eponymous terms like Korotkoff sounds.
