Summary: Helpful, but time for an update
Review: I found this review to be very helpful, however, with medicine making so many advances and changes, it is time for this book to come out in a 4th edition. A number of situations did not have an appropriate answer because of changes in diagnostic tests, medication & treatment modalities & ACLS since this book was released. I look forward to seeing the updated book and will be right there to purchase it.

Review: I really enjoyed this book, and felt it was the one that best prepared me for the CEN exam. The questions were challenging. The answers not only tell you what is correct, but why you may have choosen one of the other selections. This book truly encompasses Emergency Nursing.
