Summary: A Cookbook for SPC Practitioner
Review: I think this quite a cookbook for any SPC practitioner. It helps me to handle the daily problems that I may encounter; I can take less effort. However, this book is quite difficult for beginners in SPC. I highly recommend quality and process related engineers to buy one for resolving their problems.
