2003 PDR Nurse's Drug Handbook

Summary: I usually like Delmar products, but I don't like this book.
Review: I own most of the drug handbooks on the market, including this one. It is a required book for a course I am taking, and I don't like using it. In my opinion, the format is not user friendly. Many times, when I look up a drug in this book, I am forced to look further into the drug classification section at the front of the book to get basic information. So it is a hassle to use. I also think that most other handbooks, particularly Davis's Drug Guide, explains things (like the action of a drug for example) in terms that are easier to grasp. Who has time to weed through a lot of verbal fog when you are in a hurry. In addition to being a nurse, I am also a book lover, and this is not one that I love.
