Review: As an intern in internal medicine, it is very useful to have quick, easy to read, resources available. This book serves as the best reference guide that I have found for the million daily questions posed in rounds and clinics.
I also found the series a vital addition for the review of specialities for USMLE step 2 and 3.

Review: I am a first year medical student and recently purchased this book along with In A Page Signs and Symptoms. I find both extremely useful in helping me associate the clinical presentation of diseases with the basic physiology of systems I am currently learning. I have shown some of my classmates the books and they agree and subsequently make plans to purchase them. Definitely worth the money.
