Review: Definitely for non-medical persons, this is a great book to have around the house when your friends/parents/kids call with their latest ailment. It gives concise, easy-to understand definitions, entries are easy to find, and it's remarkably comprehensive for the price and size. On the other hand, if you are a student in a health-related field, it doesn't cover all the root definitions. Go for the Taber's if that's what you need.
