Summary: An Excellent Book For Students
Review: I am a second year veterinary student. My roommate bought the standard anestesia text-Lumb and Jones and I bought Muir. We both ended up using Muir because it is much more comprehensive at this level then Lumb and Jones (which is an excellent reference but a bit overwhelming for an introductory anesthesia course). In my experience Muir had all the necessary information laid out in an easy to read format, as well as lots of charts which helped to pull everything together.
