Review: This was the best overall text on the subject of hazardous materials. The book thoroughly covers some very complex topics in a very easily understood format. The author uses clear examples to illustrate points. The chapter review exercises and questions provide an excellent summary of the main points. As a teacher, I plan to use the book in many of my courses. I would encourage the author to consider publishing other manuals for use with the main text such as a student or instructor guide.
