Summary: Great Book!
Review: I thought that this book was exceptionally remarkable and I found myself fully intrigued at points where I was unable to set the book down. I finished it within the day I began reading it and it is a very easy read. Not only does Dr. Lorenc use his insightful expertise on plastic surgery to explain details, but he shares his own personal advice and education credentials as well.

The book is extremely informational and gives a lot of support to back up his work. He provides the reader with basic concepts and information about plastic surgery as well as taking you through a day in his office. I found it extremely helpful to know what it took for him to get where he is today. He gives a full background of himself from childhood through his education and start of his career. He provides the reader with key information that helps them understand what is going to happen with each individual procedure as well as new and upcoming technologies that could help or worsen each individual surgery case. I think this book was a very good read and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in the topic of plastic surgery or technology today. It presents a lot of insight on different procedures and technology.

Summary: a little dissapointing
Review: I just finished reading this book and despite its recent media attention, I have to say that I was quite dissapointed. While entertaining, this books fails to offer practical information and the information the authors do share is not very sophisticated. For pure enjoyment, this book is OK. If it is practical information you are in search of, this book is not for you. No pictures are offered and the authors recommendations are vague. I much prefered Secrets of a Beverly Hills Cosmetic Surgeon by Dr. Robert Kotler. I highly reccomend his book for those interested in practical information on cosmetic surgery.
