Review: If one has a strong background knowledge of Step 1 material than this is the only book one needs to revise, or of course old class notes. If one has a weak background, than this is the first and best book to buy to learn, and then one should supplement this with other books later.

Summary: Great Start for Studying Boards
Review: This book has been the gold standard for a few years in beginning studying for boards. It reviews most subjects from med school in a concise manner. I've read it through 1.5 times now and have a few more to go. Read it through 3 plus times before boards on top of other review books.
