Summary: Nice and Simple
Review: This book was nice and simple. A good summary of what you need to know. The section on agency was great. I think he got a little carried away in the partnerships section when he compared RUPA and UPA. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who wants a comprehensive summary of the law of agency, partnerships, and unincorporated entities.
