Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A great help
Review: This book was first recommended to me by an undergraduate professor as a tool for gaining a fundamental understanding of certain limited cases. However, after checking it out from the library on multiple occasions, I finally broke down and bought it. The authors present material in such a way that even those subjects beyond the scope of my research became interesting.

Overall, the book is a very thorough and organized treatment of the subject of Criminal Law. It is of invaluable assistance for anyone, not just students, hoping to gain a greater understanding of the developments of criminal jursiprudence. And while all of the books in this series are helpful study aids, this book's particular strength is its accessability. It condenses tremendous amounts of complex information into extremely readable segments. It is an engaging and surprisingly entertaining volume, and highly recommended.
