Review: This small book really does not pack a lot of punch unfortunately. Not terribly well written (lots of medicalese) and without particularly clear guidelines in terms of supplementation and exercise, the authors limit themselves to generalities that I cannot imagine would be very helpful. Better to purchase the Nelson book.
