Review: As a student of advanced massage therapy, I thought it would be great to have a "pocket" guide to help me remember the names and movements of the muscles. Unfortunately this book is so flimsy and dinky, it might have been moderately helpful to a junior high school science student. The illustrations are pretty good but nowhere near the detail that a serious Kinesiology student would need.
