Review: Cogent, lucid, concise, this book promises to be a fine choice for both psychology and business majors. The comprehensive evaluation of answers to interview questions in each chapter invites students to develop effective listening skills as well as help them perfect successful questioning techniques.The chapters on attending behavior and questioning are especially well done, providing a wealth of applicable techniques.
