Summary: Noni Juice- A Clinical Primer
Review: Dr. Solomon takes a hard but fair look at this amazing fruit. After reading the book, it's easy to see why morinda citrofolia is called "nature's amazing healer". Solomon's research reveals many characteristics of noni and it's amazing healing properties used for a variety of ailments. He explores the uses of the noni tree by ancient cultures, identifies the mechanisms of noni's efectiveness and chronicles modern case studies by polling other medical experts. He does a good job of identifying specific ailments that noni has been used to treat, and plenty of patient testimonials are included in the book. If the reader is more interested in personal "testinonials" I would suggest another of his books, "Tahitian Noni Juice, How Much, How Often, and For What".

Summary: It did nothing for me
Review: I don't want to make a sweeping judgment either on the book, or the author - I simply want to add my 2 cents, since most reviews on miracle treatments tend to be either raving, or disparaging. I tried noni juice for my CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome). It did absolutely nothing for me, although I took it for 4 months. Luckily, I got cured in another way.

I also want to add, that many of the people who may want to take noni juice are the ones with chroinc infections, and weakened immune systems. Therefore they may have a candida (yeast) infection as well. Getting a glass of the very sugary juice on an empty stomach could easily make their symptoms worse.

Summary: A good book, great source of information
Review: It is interesting that all those who liked this book gave their name to their comment, while the one who says noni did not help him/her is just "a reader". We don't know which noni juice and how much of the juice he/she was taking, so to me this comment does not mean anything, it is a pity that he/she was not informed well enough to know how and for how long time to take it. Maybe if he/she had read this book (or any other in the subject)....
This book is interesting, to the point and informative, just as Dr. Solomon's other books on noni, period.

Summary: Could it be the NONI?
Review: Okay, I sure would like t o live on a Polynesian island, eating Noni
fruit and catching fresh fruit - just don't vote me off like that
survivor show. I do believe, however, that this book is Soloman's
best explanation of the many benefits of Noni. The anthraquinones and
polysacarides seem to be the key....Since its flavor isn't too bad,
I've opted for [the] liquid form, but [it is offered in] a capsule
form. Read Soloman's book for a better explanation of the delightful
benefits Noni can provide.

Summary: Great Book for Reference
Review: This is another great book by Dr. Solomon! Dr. Solomon, along with many health care professionals from around the world, compiled the information in this book. It provides a history of noni and its historical use, as well as modern application in relation to specific health challenges. It is definitely a book everyone who drinks Tahitian Noni Juice should read and keep in their library!
