Summary: Inhaling Vigorously
Review: As the title of this review states, it does. I was ripped off, plain and simple. The winds of prosperity were definitely against me when I purchased this book.

Summary: The Intelligent Body
Review: I am quick to disagree with those who see little value in this book or who dismiss the author as being on an ego trip. To them I say, read this book again and again and again. This is a genuinely great book. It is easy to see why the author's works have sold over 600,000 copies in Japan alone. I have a close friend who has just written a book called, "If there really is a God, shouldn't we be able to feel God?" The answer to that question is what "The Breath of Life" is all about--i.e., getting back to that Divine Feeling. It is NOT about the author's years in martial arts or ballet or the earlier years spent as a medical student, although they were a wonderful path for the author's later discoveries. Rather this book is about rediscovering and LIVING out from our Immortal Youth; it is about rediscovering the Genuis in us all through the Intelligent Body. It is about destiny. This book is written by the rarest of authors who lives what he teaches. He can be trusted. This book ought to be read by us all.

Summary: Of six chapters, only one(5th)insinuates the method
Review: In this book,KI is vaguely explained as the rest of it fails to explain in detail how to or why, I bought the book in Japan and for the amount of real information this book gives it might as well could have been written in 40 pages instead of 150 He also does`nt give the adress of his schools although this book seems to be propaganda for them.

Summary: May the Force Be With You
Review: This author is inspired. Although I didn't expect the "end-all, be-all" of KI, I did gain a very full understanding of what it is all about. The text is well written and the use of examples is extremely helpful. I believe the Nishimo Breathing Method (NBM) is the next step on the evolutionary ladder for the human race. Somehow, we must learn to pull the power of Heaven into our lives or be condemned to live day and day, year after year, generation after generation subject to the forces of nature, the suffering of age and the whims of our fellow beings. What if we could pull the enormous natural power of life and put it into our control, we could expand our view of the universe, heal the sick and mend the broken heart. If I could lift myself from the mire and then pull others too...the potentials are limitless. Mohamed moved the mountain, Moses split the sea, Jesus healed the leper and restored sight to the blind, the Zen master prevents the sword from penetrating his person and Kozo Nishino shatters the hold of those who seek to restrain him.

Summary: MUCH STEW, LITTLE MEAT
Review: Unlike other types of energy, Ki energy is still difficult to be seen as a reality outside our organic body. Kozo Nishino, however, explains in detail how to develop our awareness towards the flow of Ki energy both in phylosophical and practical ways.
