Summary: Highly Recommended book on massage therapy
Review: Excellent choice for the student (or practitioner)of massage therapy. Great as a reference guide to follow up on lessons formally learned in school. Very well organized and carefully explained techniques. Good use of illustrations. Very helpful bibliography for further study on every topic covered.

Summary: A real snore!
Review: I bought this to review for the NCBTMB exam, but found more direct information in other materials. I thought the authors were just too wordy and not concise enough in explaining their particular modalities. Even the pictures seemed blurred and smudgy, just like the prose.

Review: My study group and I found this book as a good reference for the NCETMB (National Certification Exam for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork).
