Rating: Summary: I Got Great Ideas from this Book! Review: This book provided great scripts that can easily be integrated into our selling process. I especially found the section on "Overcoming Objections" relevant and useful. Our company sells service; not a product and the scripts were very applicable to our business even though we do not offer a "product".
