Summary: A Must Have in Your Business Library
Review: Being new to the business, I was pleasantly suprised at the wealth of information shared. This book is a staple item for those aspiring resume writers. This book reads like an encyclopedia and covers every aspect of the business from start to finish. It is by far, the best investment I could have made!

Summary: Very thorough in an easy to understand format!
Review: I have re-checked this book out several times at the library and have learned a tremendous amount on starting my home business. I give Jan 100 thumbs up! She will be a great mentor in helping me reach my goal to run an office from my home. I only wish I had known about this book a few years ago. As soon as I can afford to purchase it, I will. I also want to subscribe to her newsletter. Great job, Jan!

Summary: Tired and outdated
Review: It may have been useful once, but this book -- dated 1996 and 1997 -- is terribly out of date. The world of job-hunting has passed this author by. There's lots of generic info about starting a home-based business, but you'll get killed in the real world if you try to pass yourself off as a job-search expert based upon what's in this tired old tome. Can't imagine why it's still in print.
