Review: A well researched book with excellent templates to help put all this knowledge into place. I am currently using it to help me manage the development of a large power plant in Brazil. I highly recommend reading and following the principles outlined by Wysocki and Weiss. A valuable tool for any project manager.

Review: This book was extremely helpful in providing a framework for structuring my work group's projects. After implementing some new methods, our efficiency and productivity increased by at least 50 percent. It is easy to use and understand. Also good for training.
