I have always felt that word of mouth is the best and most credible form of advertising.What is so great about this book? You will learn the five necessary steps to incorporation-five essential moves you must know and follow. This section covers in detail how to choose a name-the legal ramifications of this simple step. Prepare the Articles of Incorporation. Write the bylaws. Hold the organizational meeting. And issue the stock. You will also learn how to select an operating entity-which one is best for you?
