Summary: An easy, informative read
Review: This book is excellent. I had to read it as part of the teacher credential program. It is a really easy, plain English book. The content is excellent. It describes where we have been, where we are, and where we will be in terms of technology and how that will impact education. It is not about teaching technology to our students, but about changing the entire way we think about education and using technology to our best advantage. It is about our responsibility to our students to prepare them for the rapidly changing world in which we live. This book should be required reading for anyone interested in education.

Summary: Good book for teachers
Review: While I liked the book, and certainly agreed with much the authors said, I found little new (but I'm a techie, so others shouldn't be turned away from it on that account.). It's a really good book for teachers who are being inundated with technology and feeling a bit uncomfortable with that. The authors share their wisdom and experience, for our benefit.
