Review: This was the first real estate investing book I have ever read. Let me tell you...This book pumped me up. I was so motivated to start investing that I immediatley read three other books on investing. In my opinion, he really gets the "creative juices" flowing.

Are there many details and how to's in the book? No. However, he does give you the big picture which is all you really need to get started. After I read this book, I made about 100K on a little condo by the beach. I learned many things along the way...but this book at least got me motivated, gave me some simple ideas, and got me off to a good start. If you want some more details take a look at some other books. But to get started....hey why not...read this book. Oh and by the way, he will try to sell you a newsletter..who cares? The guy know how to make money, so i think you should listen. Good Luck
