Review: This Sourcebook lays out excellent guidelines and training/handout materials for one hour, half day, and full day leadership sessions. Information provided is so in-depth that an entry level trainer could pickup the sourcebook, read over the materials, and present an effective workshop. Excellent for a one person training organization. The materials were released in 1997, and the references are from late 80's, early 90's, so you may want to add more updated reference citings during workshops for credibility. Overall, excellent materials!
