Review: After scanning this and six other similar books, I chose this one for my home study. There is an intellectual clarity in _RE Fundamentals_ that makes it stand out from the others. It has the accuracy of a scholarly work without being opaque. No marketing hype here. Nothing about how rich you are going to be. Quizzes at the end of each chapter are brief but adequate.

Summary: Good real estate primer...
Review: This is the book that is given with the pre-licence classes at the tennessee real estate education system(TREES). The class is not taught right from the book but they believe that this book is a solid primer and reference point. I agree, this book provides all the basic general information needed to pass the real estate exam anywhere and it is presented in an organized easy to read format. Also the price is very reasonable compared to other RE primers. I recommend it.
