Review: The best part of this book is that it offers over a hundred serious techniques to cut telecom costs. They are explained in layman's terms even though some of the concepts are technical in nature such as with data networks. I could see how the book would be helpful for small businesses, but the real value is Strother seems to understand the complexities of multi-location telecom environments. He explains many ways to eliminate overcharges but also suggests proactive ways to prevent carrier malfeasance, which has always been a problem, in my opinion. Read Chapter 3, The Complete Do-it-yourself Telecom Audit, and you will immediately know how to put these techniques to use. Overall a pretty useful book.
