Review: After I have been through many consulting and strategy courses, Dan reveals a simple approach to help improve your business. I feel the book is rather dense, so don't expect to get through it in a night. Dan says a manager have 5 freedoms that a manager/ ceo can control: 1)choosing the right business, 2) right strategy 3)right systems, 4)right structure 5)right people. After knowing some successful consultants, this book goes further than most have taught me. Dan reveals his consulting strategies that apparently have put his services in high demand. Powerful knowledge.
