Review: I gave this book only 3 stars, not because of any lack of quaility. The content is not new. But the format and usability is worth 5 stars. This is a very functional book if you're involved in organizational training. This book has several diferent modules to use in short or long-term training. If you work in organization training -- this is a must buy. Very functional!
