Review: I first found this book thru my local library. It has helped so much that I decided to purchase a copy. This book contains excellent information for both Landlords and Tenants in Pennsylvania. Almost everything I needed to know when rewriting a lease was contained in its pages, including forms and letters! I also like that there is information on the Landlord Tenant Act, and that this info is much more detailed than I've seen in other books. I would recomend this book to anyone who rents from others, anyone looking to get into the rental business, beginning landlords and experienced landlords. A Must Have!!!
