Dauten has combined his superb writing skills, quick wit, effective interviewing technique, and keen observations to craft this treasure of memorable stories and profound insights. It's an enjoyable read on many different levels. Often I had to stop and re-read a passage just because it read so beautifully.

This would be a great gift to a special boss or to anyone who deserves to have a gifted boss in their life.
