Review: Although I went to every class of Corp. Tax at the LL.M. level and read every assignment, things never came to me as clearly as they did after working with this book. Ms. Block does an excellent job of describing transactions and their tax consequences with intelligent simplicity and brings even the hardest concepts within the tax novice's grasp.

Review: Corp. tax is one of the more difficult courses in Law School, but is highly recommended for anyone with an interest in transactional practice, or looking to improve their skills in using challenging statutory material. This book makes the subject a great deal easier---one of the better study aids I've used. The explanations are very lucid, and the problems are extremely helpful for exam prep. Keep this within arm's reach of your I.R.C.
