Review: This is a book for all persons who dream of making a difference. It helps you get past mental models of inadequacy and then gives some explicit stories of persons who did some pretty remarkable things although they never had a title or position of authority. To lead is to serve is the major premise of the book. Belongs in the hands of every person in every community.
