Review: The CD-Rom sounded like a good idea, but it wasn't that useful, and it had some bugs. You can't just fill in the blanks. The text in the book was rather difficult to understand at times, and there are some gaps. I'd look at Shannon Pratt's book and also "Unlocking the Value of Your Business".
