Review: This is the best book involving teams, and it hit so many things right on the nose. I work production in a manufacturing enviroment. I was so up-set at how management blew our chance at implementing teaming, that I have gone back to school for business management. Wow top leaders just don't get it, but the authors of this book do. I spent over three years benchmarking successful manufacturing facilities, and was behind a majority of the work, research, and benchmarking. Page #116, first paragraph was right on, for what went wrong with our ideas. "The team has a vision, but the enterprise doesn't".In most other aspects we were right on target but it didn't end up mattering. I cannot say enough about the benefits of this book to anyone involved in working with others.BRAVO!!!! I looked far and wide for a book that is down and dirty truthful and this is. Thanks for some great knowledge, Lisa
