Rating: Summary: Book Saved My Life! Review: I'm a law student at a Chicago-area law school without a business background. I was completely freaked about taking Business Associations, but felt compelled because "Corporations" is on the bar exam. Well, about a week into the class I bought "Corp Fin in a Nutshell." Not only did it cover most (but not all) of the major topics in a Bus. Assoc. course, but it provided user-friendly background info that helped me really understand what was going on. I did so well in Bus. Assoc that I felt confident enough to take the Corp Fin class this semester, which I just finished. Just found out that I aced that class too in large part thanks to Haas' book. Thanks, buddy!
