Review: I attended the Real Estate Wealth Expo in NYC Mid October 2004. Heard Mark speak and bought his book. First this man is outstanding. He is not selling smoke and mirrors. He has a wealth of knowledge from his field and integrates econonomic theory and information to help listeners and readers as well, understand how to get started in real estate. I found his seminar encouraging and am begining my quest to purchase proeprty. I like his writting style to beacuse Mark lets the reader know that "Everyman and woman" can profit in the real estate world. Due to this man, I know I'll be successful.

Summary: Good Book For Me
Review: I bought this book this week on my way out of town to a business trip in Seattle. I read it during the flights. I mention this because the flght from NYC to Seattle is long enough. This book made it seem like the blink of an eye. First I want to Flip Ral Estate. As an attorney I see clients do this often. Second it was a pleaasure to have an easy read. I can appreciate the case studies used by the author. Mark B. Weiss is not simply a book seller, he is active in the feild. I'll bet he's flipping right now! This book is writen for everyone. It is an easy to understand book that should be on the Best Seller List in No Time!
