For me, I was building a brand-new home and I wanted ideas on what styles were "in",a perspective on what buyers are looking for in today's market and what appliances give you a good return for your money.

The authors did a superb job in outlining all of this plus some. The book was so awesome I read it in one day! I have recently learned by following their advice and making upgrades I would have not thought of, the value of my home has gone up $50,000. I recommend this book for not only anyone looking to make renovations but for those in the market to buy a new or older home. KUDOS to the authors! Their hard work in research and dedication has proved to be a winning investment!
