Summary: This Book Is A Great Overview
Review: I recommend this text in the management and supervisory classes I teach. It has a little bit of something about many topics which will assist supervisors and managers. And, to be quite honest, it provides enough buzz-words and buzz-concepts to allow the reader to sound up-to-date and knowledgeable in a discussion of organizational issues! The wide range of material in this book is what justifies an otherwise fairly steep price-tag.
