Review: Where was this book when I first became a Home Inspector! If you want to cut straight to it, then this is your book. It is, by far, the best little guide for home inspection that I've read. Hats off to the author, and to the Home Inspector or someone who wants to be a Home Inspector, YOU GOTTA GET THIS BOOK!
