Summary: Great enrichment workbook
Review: I originally bought this workbook for my homeschooled 6 yr. old son who is an accelerated learner. Math has been his least favorite subject until this workbook. He has been quite bored with traditional math programs that focus more on drill than creative thinking. This workbook is completely new and different from any traditional math program we've experienced. Its focus is creative problem solving. We're only sorry the workbook is as thin as it is.

Summary: A wonderful work book
Review: I tried many workbooks for my elder daughter when she started learning numbers and arithmatics. This one is by far the best. Many books are too mechanical. This one has the right blend of fun, thinking and practicing. Now I am ready to buy it again for my younger daughter.

Summary: use this book to nurture the GT in your child
Review: Nurturing thinking skills and creativity benefits kids for a long time. Parents should intentionally let children exercise their brains and learn to think logically and creatively. This book is a great resource. It provides thought-provoking problems to open and develop children's mind. My son has had a lot fun working on it. He likes it better than most conventional workbooks.

Since the early enrichment, my son has done very well in math. He not only brings back straight As from school, but also ranks high in the Beestar (http://www.beestar.org for GT kids) math exercise program. I highly recommend this book.
