Review: I would encourage anyone to read this book if you are interested in learning more about how Commercial Brokerage of Office Space works. Especially if you are currently a broker, this book is for you.

However, if you want to learn about development of huge commercial real estate projects, this book might not be what your looking for. It goes in-depth on deals made over the last 40 years in NYC but speaks more on the sales end and less on the development end.

However the man's story is a great American Dream turned true and will know doubt give you a great look into the Commercial Real Estate world.
