Summary: BUY IT FOR THE INFOPRENEURING CHAPTER ALONE!
Review: As a fellow author I realize that some people only respond publicly when they have something to criticize. This is definitely NOT a 1 star book! The well-chosen quotations add needed wisdom to this financial strategy book. I'm not a very big supporter of Network Marketing or the Accelerated Money Strategies because they both punish the novice in terms of time, money and effort. The risk is understated in both of these cases and I wish these chapters were not included in Robert's book. But the real gem of this book is the chapter on Infopreneuring (it's worthy of being a book in itself) His use of the fishing metaphor to illustrate his concepts is also, coincidentally, in line with my book, Men Are Like Fish.

Review: I am already using one of the strategies he recommends earning me a six figure RESIDUAL income. I am planning on applying his advice in creating a few other streams of income..If you want to be successful in this new century, Robert Allen's book is a must! it will open your eyes to new ways of creating multiple incomes. You will be introduce to simple strategies that I know will create millionaires all over North America.. It will also prepare you to the new global economy that will dominate the future. George

Summary: Kids, don't try this at home!
Review: It starts off reasonably, telling you to save money and invest in the stock market, staying mostly with index funds. Good advice, but nothing new. It then talks about making 5-25% a month with the "Cooper Covered Call Technique", like this guy really invented writing covered calls on low priced momentum stocks. Yes, you can make some good profits doing this, and you can also have your head handed to you on a plate. As an example, two of the wonderful stocks Cooper wrote covered calls on were Organogenesis and Iomega, both of which have lost most of their value. If you want to write covered calls for fairly consistent profits read a real options book. But you'll never make 60-300% a year for any prolonged period of time. That's a joke. He then talks about buying real estate, tax lien certificates and a variety of other techniques, which are either very difficult and risky, or just not good for anything, at least for most people. Again, this stuff is nothing new. If it was so lucrative and easy everyone would do it. I'm sure a few people can make money network marketing, but I doubt many can, especially a million a year like he says his ex-secretary did. I'm particularly irked by his statement that tax liens certificates can not lose you money, since you can easily lose your entire investment if you don't know what you're doing. It takes significant expertise to buy these properly. Much of the book is a come on for his website where he tries to sell you stuff that won't help you. Save your money. Don't buy this book, and if you're really interested in any of these topics do a lot of other reading on these subjects before you do anything. I almost gave it zero stars, but it did make me laugh, so I guess that's something.

Review: This is an essential book for anyone serious about financial planning. Robert Allen is a master at conveying a clear, concise, well-reasoned understanding on surviving in the "new economy." Review: Robert Allen discusses the challenges of the "new economy" and provides sound principles toward achieving financial security. Having been a "Nothing Down" student, I've again been blessed by a master financial planner. Get this book, you won't be sorry.

Summary: Wow! What an Eye-opener!
Review: This book is fantastic! I hold an MBA from a Top 10 business school and have 15 years' corporate experience, yet I was frustrated that I did not really understand how to build wealth creatively outside of investments from money in my paycheck. Then I read Robert Kiyosaki's "The CASHFLOW Quadrant" and Allen's "Multiple Streams of Income." Wow! It all came together for me. I now have a goal of creating two new streams of income this year and two more next year, and I am confident that I will succeed. . . This book is invaluable in providing guidance and stimulating the creative gland. It provides step-by-step instructions toward building some streams and invites the reader to imagine others . . Stephen R. Covey said in his recommendation that this book will shift the reader's paradigm. He was right. If you read "Multiple Streams of Income" and imagine the possibilities, you will never look at yourself, your job or your paycheck the same way again.

Summary: The best book i've bought this year!
Review: I had not heard of Robert Allen when I picked up this book last week. Then I was lucky enough to find out he was running a free seminar in the area. Both his book and seminar contained clear, practical and easily implemented ideas to augment my investment strategies. Everyone should read this book and get to know this man!

Summary: The Secret of MY Success...
Review: I have studied Mr. Allen's material for the past five years and have been lucky enough to profit from his advice. This new book is a longer version of his audio program that explains the benefits of developing several different streams of income. By following his plans, I have been able to establish financial security, independence and a wonderfuly profitable business. I highly recommend this to anyone who would like to make more money or just sleep better at night.

Summary: Clear & Simple Approach to Creating Wealth
Review: Not rocket science, but clear instructions and action plans for making money. I got a dozen or so new ideas that I haven't read elsewhere so it more than paid for the cost of the book. Honestly, a good investment.

Summary: Probably The Best Book I've Read This Year
Review: The book is succinct and to the point. While it covers a broad spectrum of financial opportunities (from making money on the Internet to tax liens), it does its job of showing people there is an abundance of wealth out there, all you have to do is know how to tap it -- everything that works in this book is so simple. It really makes you realize that it's WHAT YOU KNOW that makes money for you. More than a motivational book, it's a real-word manual for making money. Get it. The book is a blessing. It has already paid me back a thousand-fold.
